1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Account Termination & Closure

1777cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
